| JYJ NYC concert breakdown! |

JYJ US TOUR NYC ticket seating confusion has began today. 

Here's a quick little guide to give you and idea on what is what.

The BREAKDOWN: 

Price Range 218.15 -166.99

ALL TICKET ARE GENERAL ADMISSION = GA 

No VIPs =[ 

 
3 types of seating:

Floor= first come first serve (aka start lining up as early as u can) 

Balcony = this one is a fishy one, i'm not possitive but this one could also be first come first serve, although its 50/50 could be assigned seating. 

BOX = assigned seating

The FLOOR seats can be the best ones and the worse, there will be no chairs to sit in, everyone is going to be in a mass group squeezed into the floor space. 

When you get your ticket which is about 167, it'll give you a seat number and such, ignore it, there are NO SEATS.

The BALCONY seating....it gives you seating number and row and such but I'm not sure if you actually sit in that specific seat or you get to move around at your will. BALC2 would be 2nd level balcony, BALC1 first level balcony.

The BOX seats are the most expensive ones, they are 218. NO, they are NOT VIP.  those are the box seats on the sides. You get the box either WBOX or EBOX (west/east) with a number at the end of it 1-3 depending on the level you're sitting at. and then there's a row and a seat, that seat is yours.

Ex. ebox1 row 1 seat 12       

it would be the east one, first level, row 1 and your seat 12.

ALL THREE concerts ended up being FREE. 
Sitting was first come first got the closest to the stage. 
Although, the people with already purchased tickets were let inside before ticketless fans. 
And within the already purchased ticket fans the ones with BOX tickets were let in first. 
ALL money for the tickets purchased were returned to the fans.
Why you ask JYJ held it free? We'll I suggest you go browse google or allkpop (they broke the news)
Yes, I was there for the NYC showcase with BOX seat ticket.

| JYJ the Beggining is sweeping the world ! |

JYJ, Jaejoong Younchoon, Junsu, my lovely boys from formal DBSK...(too sad to go into this topic)

Has released their first trio global album called the "Beginning". 

All songs are in English, my fav is Be The One, its been on repeat for hours on when it was released. 

(Okay its still is)

Very much loving their comeback to the music industry. 

We all know JYJ has been having major legal issues with SM and Avex, but putting that aside we got this new album released for us!

The trio is currently having concerts in various Asian countries with tickets SOLD OUT, as expected. 

They ARE coming to US....now the question is how the heck can you get lucky and get a ticket? 

HA! That's a good one! 

Their tickets are known to be sold out in full within ten-fifteen minutes of release, with major shutdowns of ticketing site due to overload...

Not to mention people going bazookas and planning airline tickets and hotel to travel all the way to concert cities. (They are nuts) 

So, good luck to you guys if you're even hoped to get one precious ticket. 

I suggest to youtube them, already HK concert is up on YouTube, pretty good stuff there =]

There's a newly added concert spot in US which is HAWAII!!! 

Take a vacation and see JYJ? A dream come true, you can die happy =]

Anyway, JYJ, you boys are making me proud, finally what I've been trying to tell the kpop industry has finally happened: Enter US.

The girls of 2NE1 has taken over kpop world this month. (and last!)

Their hip songs, catchy beats and aggressive dancing seizes the audience. 

2NE1 was constantly releasing new MVs for several songs from their 2nd album.

It got to the point where TV programs had to put restrictions on how many songs they were allowed to perform during that one program. (So other performers wouldn't be overshadowed)

Silly, but true, they had too many songs to promote all at one time. 

I believe it's a great tactic.

Capture the audience with variety of songs and dances instead of just one lead song from the album.

I loved it, I love the variety 2NE1 provides to us. 

Actually, the girls are very bold and feisty, in-your-face in the MVs. 

A bit raw-macho like, which is very different from the rest girl idol groups such as SNSD. 

I say YG Entertainment got some of the best recognized artists in the kpop and if I had to choose which agency to apply to I'd say go for YG. 

2NE1 is surprisingly a fairly new group in kpop, they debuted in spring of 2009; they are already as huge as Wonder Girls and Big Bang.

I can see the girls of 2NE1 revolutionize music industry, if they continue at this rate they might even beat the kings and queens of kpop such as DBSK, Big Bang and Wonder Girls.

| October BATTLE rising heat! |

Well what would you think if someone would inform you that SHINee, U-Kiss, 2PM, BoA, BEAST, JYJ, 2NE1 and several others including brand new rock band group LED APPLE would be out and about all in close proximity over lapping each other in their releases and promotions at the same time? I don't know about you, but my face expression was exactly like this ---->  O____O ! 

I say bring it on baby! Hells yessss!!!

That is what's happening right now, all the biggest idols of all Korea ARE releasing and promoting.

They are not letting the fans take a breather, which I dont mind, they want to keep our attention as close as possible. 

Now, is that smart to do looking from competition POV...well...kinda not really.

LED APPLE I think is crazy for having a release date when idols like 2PM & BEAST are also releasing their long awaited comeback albums.

The new babes of LED APPLE claim to be a rock band not an idols group...so they are technically going to compete with FT ISLAND and CN BLUE....good luck really, both Lee Hong Ki and Jung Yong Hwa are now out promoting their new releases and are doing very well.

This is a very hot hot hot month for idols groups, just look up music bank and all your favs will be there at the same time. 

Loving the comebacks and the best of luck to new babes~~ fighting!

| SHINee's UPDATE |

Their come back rocked our world.
The fact that SHINee boys rocked our world isn't a surpise, that was expected.
However, the way they rocked our world was the cherry.
Their new look perhaps changed our perspective about them to a very interesting angle.
With the teaser concept photos realese we were seeing the new SHINee, exciting, I have to admit.
Lucifer, is hit upon hits. The MV is edgy and gramatically done.
The SHINee boys have completely different looks to themselves. My fav, Key, got a very edgy-funky cut. He totally took it and worked it.
All the boys worked their looks, we got to see that clearly in the MV.
Minho has a different feeling about him. He looks more mature and his action are more confident.
Im loving their come back.
Nice job stylists !
Keep up the support fot the SHINee and get their new ALBUM!!!!!!!

With the release of their new album,
Bonamana has been catching on so quickly!
The 13 members has done it again,
I love their dance in the MV, love love the jump they do!
Another song from the album
that just moves you is boom boom. Great hits!

They also rocked youtube with over 1.2 mil view for No Other MV!
I totally loved it, so sweet and I just wish I had any of
the boys they are so sweet and romantic in the MV!
My fav Ryeowookie and my lovely fatty, Shin Dong,
are so adorable in the MV

| SS501 June 2010 BigWin |

SS501 battled it out, neck to neck, with Wonder Girls and wins K-Chart from Music Bank!
Their dance was particularly excellent.
Love the jump in the beginning and at the end.
It was awesome element in the the dance, and it was actually surprising to see how high they all jumped.
Looks like the SS boys became quite strong in order to master this dance.
Not to forget to mention, their sexy white suites with cut out backs. Very nice touch.
Now the new hairdos I'm fine with, except for...well leader's, Kim Hyun Joong's hairstyle is a bit different.
Reminded me of Gerard from My Chemical Romance...like emo or w.e.
I def liked him better with his longer hair....maybe a different cut will work better.

Anyway check out their winning performance!

| Rain Wins Biggest Badass Star Award from MTV |

OMG!! RAAAAAAAIN!!!

I cant even express how excited i am for him.

Congrats, Congrats!

On June 6th, Rain has won the Biggest Badass Star Award from MTV,

For his role in Ninja Assassin!

(He even beat out Jolie =O)

He looked fresh and happy, in classic black.

He even tried to do a really cute joke within his short speech,

which was in ENGLISH!

Good job Rain, he did look very BADASS in the movie.

Rain just keeps impressing.

I'd say this has been the most consequently-successful time of his career.

J.Tunes, debut of his babies MBLAQ,

came back to the stage with Back to the Basics CD

and now the MTV award!

Not to mention other small [and not so small] good things in between.

He is really on top of the world right now.

I strongly admire Rain for his brains and talents,

and I am ashamed to my past dislike of him.

HOLD IT, let me explain before i get hate mail overflowing my inbox!

When I first learned about Rain it was

through some chick who was obsessively drooling

over him and i can't stand those chicks. ugh.

So, my immediate reaction was "UGH, another stupid asian boy, w.e."

*rolls eyes*

[actually, now that i think about it,

it was the same reaction when I discovered my fav boys DBSK]

So..for almost a 6-12 months I've disliked the idea of Rain

and refused to have myself be informed of

anything that had to do with him.

BUT!

then I said hello to FULL HOUSE.

and i was like, "WOAH there...isnt that-- ?!"

YUP! It was Rain.

Full House changed my feelings towards of him, he became homey to me.

And that annoying chick? Well I dont even remember who she was anymore.

According to personal observation of mysoju's 'top 25 dramas of the week'

I've noticed that Personal Preference [Personal Taste] has been

top for at least

a good month if not longer.

I've started watching the episodes and I'm not afraid

to say that it is one of the best ones I watched! I'm s

ure Personal Taste will become one of the classics like Boys Over Flowers or Full House.

Actually great thing about Personal Taste is

that it has some similarities with Full House AND Boys Over Flower's lead actor Lee Min Ho !!! Min Ho is wayy hwating in Personal Taste than anywhere else!

| SHINee 2 Year Anniversary |

May 25, 2008.

Was the date SHINee boys established themselves to the world.

2 years its been and it seems like yesterday.

Somehow I still look at them as the babies of the biz,

but perhaps soon enough I'd have to come to personal terms

and see that in two 2 years they have grown to be the shiniest SHINee boys,

maybe no longer babies but toddlers.

Our new toddlers have posted their appreciation and love

in the "From SHINee" section on their website SHINee-WORLD.

| RAIN AND JOON TOO SIMILAR! |

Alright, with MBLAQ's Y! MV and Rain's Love Song MV there is an odd, odd feeling about them...

To brief you quickly on Joon and Rain's background.

Joon played Rain's younger version in the Ninja Assassin.

Joon is part of Rain's first boy band,

where Rain makes Joon and the boys have a certain look and style.

now to MVs....Joon is playing a key role in Y! MV and if you look back at Love Song MV wont you notice a bit too similar setting...? I mean they even kinda wear the same white shirt.

its a bit strange for them to be so similar.
Joon does admire Rain and acts very politely around him. Lots of respect for Rain. (some see it as kissing up)
Rain obviously sees great potential in Joon and thus does what he knows best to keep Joon and the rest of the boys up high in the industry.
So, Rain and Joon are a bit too similar, but I dont see anything wrong with that.

MBLAQ - Y! [MV] Released May 17th, 2010

On Monday May 17th

finally music video for Y! from MBLAQ was released.

I had the pleasure of listening and re-listening

as well as watching story-lined MV.

The boys have different look to them, they became "pretty boys"

Joon was sexy as always, with lots and lots abs in your face...

and he was so adorable in couple scenes with the girl.

My favorite part was with the cookies!

A brand new pretty boy we have there! G.O. is just pretty

| Rain's Babies |

Aside from DBSK,

another band that i'm observing with interest is

MBLAQ aka Rain's Babies.

The soul fact that they got Rain for a producer just puts them out there in the front lines.

There have been many rookie bands coming out in the close distance between each,

I do like some songs from B2ST and other rookie bands but I tend to favor MBLAQ.

Could it be because of their MV for Oh Yeah or Y! ?

I personally think they are one of the better matched groups judging by looks.

I hate it when the boybands have one good-looker and other are not so much.

MBLAQ seems to cover all the basics.

You like a cute smile go for Mir, you like a rocking body go for Joon.

Pick and choose basically, in another words Rain is extremely intelligent

He is providing different types of guys to ta

rget a wider range of girl fans

meaning more popularity and ching-ching.

I'm not calling Rain greedy

but he knows how to make the most money with resources he got

and he does a very wel

l job of it.

I admire him for that.

yes, yes, DBSK.

I haven't been exposed to them when they debuted

but I've followed them for several years now.

They were my first boyband exposure with an image linked to a video from a concert.

They were singing Love In The Ice.

A lot happened since then.

The boys became young men.

They went from innocent-cute to mature-sexy.

They had many good memories.

At the end they broke up.

However, to us, the boys will always be our lovely DBSK.
